We are excited to announce a 3-day expo in collaboration with Precast Homes and Rezicast Systems , coinciding with our upcoming dual occupancy installation on acres just outside Canberra, ACT. This event is exclusively for builders, developers, and selected community house providers.

This is a free opportunity for those considering modern methods of construction (MMC) to enhance their existing home building businesses. If you are facing challenges such as poor cash flow, trade shortages, weather delays, and rising costs, this event is tailored for you. 2 homes installed in 2 days. (precast walls and trusses)

Join us to eliminate costly overdrafts and explore solutions that can make a real difference in your operations. The expo is scheduled for June 11th and 12th, with an additional opportunity to discuss set out, heights, and REZICAST® hardware on June 10th.

We will also host a meet and greet on the evening of June 10th, just outside Canberra.

Registered Builder Network

For those who have completed the National Accredited REZICAST® Builders course through Registered Builder Network the practical component involves attending two installs or having us come to you on your first project. I have two installs scheduled on consecutive days at a rural dual occupancy block just outside Canberra, expected around the end of May. The exact dates will be confirmed in the next two weeks.

This opportunity is open to all builders who have completed the course to become fully accredited. Additionally, builders interested in observing the process can participate and complete their theory course later to achieve full accreditation.

We will have a great smoko room and barbecue. A meet and greet will take place the night before at the Eagle Hawk Hotel, which is conveniently located nearby, offering accommodation next door for those traveling.

On the day before the installs, we will also provide hardware sorting and set out for anyone who wishes to participate.

It’s been encouraging to see how quickly builders are applying REZICAST® and generating real opportunities.

Over the past few months, builders who completed the Accredited REZICAST® Course in partnership with RBN have already begun seeing tangible outcomes once the system is put into practice:

• South Australia – One builder has secured three homes on a single block since completing the November course and is now partnered with a major developer, with 74 REZICAST® homes planned for 2026.
• ACT – An ACT builder has received 13 direct REZICAST® enquiries and is actively pricing projects.
• Victoria – A Victorian builder has already received local REZICAST® enquiries, with one progressing to pricing.
• New South Wales – A January course graduate has submitted eight REZICAST® projects for pricing within four weeks.
• Northern Territory – An NT builder is securing sites for REZICAST® display homes, expanding into mainstream residential builds.

These outcomes highlight how quickly opportunities can follow when builders understand and apply the Patented REZICAST® Home Building System.

Being part of the Jamie Durie Future House TV series was a remarkable experience, showcasing and Systems to Australia.

The achievement of building a 300m2 custom home in just 10 weeks is truly impressive.

I want to extend my gratitude to everyone involved, especially Sean, Sarah, and the kids. A special thanks to Rick Spence and the team at Rawkus for their fantastic collaboration. Special mention to JAMIE DURIE OAM for the passion on which you show towards the housing crisis both on air but even more in person.
