Notable projects include The Belcome (47-unit townhouse, Denmain Prospect), Form (64-unit townhouse, Coombs), Vivace (74-unit townhouse, Throsby), Allegro (54-unit townhouse, Throsby), Debut (56-unit townhouse and a 32-unit apartment complex, Wright). Additionally, Sonam has worked on specialized developments such as the 360-degree childcare center in Throsby and childcare projects in Redhill and Megregor. Throughout these projects, he has had the opportunity to collaborate with and learn from some of the best minds in project management and construction supervision. In addition to his extensive project experience, Sonam founded Sonam Homes, a company that has successfully completed renovations worth $0.5 million in the last six months.
