Another quick road trip to install 50 foundations and land 3 brand new cabins for Gervale Homes and the Goondiwindi holiday park.

Another successful foundation install into clay and shale . Despite some digging and breaking up the shale most of the foundations pipes went in 700-1000mm .. the custom built rectangular stirrups are set up for timber bearers and joists but could easily be used with steel RHS

The project is coming together nicely in preparation for the 20m container dome. The four shipping containers will be welded down and ready for the dome to be fitted.

Part / full time construction worker needed for steel frame building company.

Must have initiative and willingness to work with some experience in the industry and awareness. White card and asbestos card will be required.

Work duties are as varied as the work we do from residential to commercial jobs in and out of Canberra including coastal, rural and apline areas. We build houses, decks, bridges, subfloors, pergolas, structural steel, cladding, roofing, sheeting etc.

Use of power tools, welders, saws, a broom and on site and factory duties will be required.

Happy to employ apprentices and will hire on attitude and ability.

If you don’t mind! ... building steel ensures long term reliability, durability and consistency over the life of your build .... not to mention flat and clean surfaces... Happy Easter and definitely Happy clients with a custom designed and built steel subfloor as level as this. The floor measured 10.8 left to right and used concrete free mega anchors with minimal wastage!
