🌧️ WEATHER & SERVICE UPDATE 🌧️
Just a little reminder that heavy rain and wet weather can sometimes impact our cleaning services and may result in cleans needing to be rescheduled or cancelled at short notice.
This comes down to a combination of factors including:
• Personal safety — wet surfaces increase the risk of slips and falls
• Electrical safety — our equipment, including vacuum cleaners, are electrical and water/electricity simply don’t mix
• Protecting our team’s health — repeatedly loading and unloading equipment in heavy rain can leave staff soaked throughout the day, increasing the risk of illness
We always do our best to keep services running where safely possible, however the safety of both our team and our clients has to come first.
