💰 A quote that's $60,000.00 cheaper may not be pricing the same renovation.

A few years ago, we priced a second-storey addition in Redland Bay and another builder came in well below us.

The homeowners understandably chose the lower number.

Later, it became clear the quote had missed the entire floor system for the new level, worth roughly $35,000.00.

The total at the bottom can look attractive, but it only tells you something useful when you understand exactly what sits underneath it.

At first glance, it looks like they've saved hundreds of thousands of dollars.
