House #2 at Bella Vista. Insulation! Put it everywhere the stuff is great! We all know BASIX more or less enforces the use of insulation batts to external walls and ceilings BUT want to really live in a "comfortable" home? Try acoustic batts in internal walls and floor joists as well you won't regret it.

Anyway... time to hunt down the plasterer!
