DEC is seeking an experienced Operator / HR Truck Driver to join our team on a full-time casual basis, with the opportunity to move into a permanent full-time position after a successful trial period.
The role includes general earthworks, excavation, demolition, and site clean-up.
Applicants must have:
Experience in excavation
A current HR driver’s licence
Strong work ethic and reliability
The ability to work independently and within a team
We are looking for a punctual, self-motivated individual who takes pride in their work.

In the wake of the devastating bush fires, Douglass Excavation and Construction would like to offer help and assistance to bush fire affected residents in Harcourt who need access cleared to safely reach their home or property — fallen trees, debris, blocked driveways, whatever stands in the way.
