2025 done ✔️ A great year for the LYTTON team and all of our trades and suppliers!

We have built some truly special projects for some incredible clients and we are looking forward to an even bigger 2026.

ACLAND STREET, ST KILDA | A big few months underpinning, restoring and rebuilding this extension into an industrial inspired extension of this beautiful 1870s Victorian! The boys have been busy, especially foreman Mark welcoming Baby Margot into the world! Dad life suits you mate!

What a journey we have been on as a business.

From Carpentry, Structural Engineering and now registered Building practitioners we have been across so many projects and worked alongside some of the best in the industry.

We love what we do and are passionate about building homes that are completely unique and of the best quality.

MALVERN PROJECT | At practical completion almost 4 months ahead of schedule! A huge push by everyone involved! It was a testament to each trade pulling together this project with precision and eye for detail. Some days we had 25-30 people onsite.

A huge thank you to our LYTTON lads for the big days on the tools and managing workflow. You keep the wheels turning and are the heartbeat of LYTTON!


As always working with and has been a privilege and such an easy experience. The instant turnaround of details and communication has been a key to the success and momentum to this project being ahead. What a great result! A project we are all proud of.

To our clients, what a beautiful home! It’s been a privilege to restore and extend your classic Edwardian to now suit the needs of your family! It’s been a pleasure working with you both! We hope the kids love the pool and many happy memories are made.

We love building dreams and love the people we work with! We are looking forward to getting some professional photos early next year once some final details and landscaping are complete.
