Passivhaus | Moutajup - Before & After
This is what thoughtful design and careful construction can achieve.
Completed earlier this year, Passivhaus Moutajup is a spectacular example of passive house principles done beautifully, where energy efficiency and liveability aren't a trade-off, they're the whole point.
Designed to maximise its northern orientation, the home welcomes natural sunlight throughout the day. Airtight construction, high-performance insulation, and intelligent ventilation work quietly in the background, so the experience of living here is simply warmth, calm, and connection to the landscape.
More to come on this remarkable build in the weeks ahead.
