Finishing off the year with the completion of the streetscape upgrade within Annadale & Leichhardt. Great to see the locals enjoying the space!

The streets included Rofe St, Renwick St, Norton St, Crystal St, Balmain Rd, Catherine St, Petersham St, Hay St & Booth St. Works included undergrounding of Ausgrid assets, new streetlighting, stormwater improvements, kerb replacement, road & footpath pavements, landscaping, retaining walls, elevated grated walkways, linemarking, signage and public art.

Inner West Council

A little before and after of our recently completed PRUAIP - Renwick Street project for Inner West Council .
The plaza includes this unique work by artist Karl Meyer which draws on the Italian heritage of Leichhardt, with a focus on the beloved mode of Italian transportation: the Vespa !

Other parts of the projects for the new 10km/h shared zone saw an upgrade to the underground electricity, new multifunction light poles and street scape improvements such as storm water drainage, new street furniture, plants and an overall improvement of the appearance and safety of this public space.

CA&I recently completed the Coxs Road Public Domain Upgrade for City of Ryde Council.

Works included:
- drainage upgrades
- underground of electrical network
- installation of new smart poles
- concrete pavement work
- library forecourt restorations
- and the installation of several shade structures

Coxs Road Project Update:

The CA&I team have put in a great effort this week, installing all shelters and new streetlight poles.

Ausgrid outages have also been finished, with the power infrastructure relocated underground and all old power poles removed.

There’s only 1 more stage to be completed next month, keeping it on track to be finished by late January.

Done and dusted 🧹

The Alkira Road project has seen some major advances lately, with the asphalt roadway finished over the last two nights.

This project is on track for being completed pre-Christmas, while new traffic signals are to be commissioned this Friday evening.

With the end in sight, CA&I and the City of Parramatta are excited to see the final project delivery.

We’re almost there! Renwick St in Leichhardt has never looked so good 🎉

Part of the PRUIAP (Parramatta Road Urban Amenity Improvement Project), this week saw the unveiling of the new street artwork, along with pavements being completed by 95%.

A fresh look for October 🌿🌿

A major milestone was reached this week, with landscaping installed along North Rocks Rd, corner of Alkira Rd.

CA&I’s project for the City of Parramatta is progressing nicely and we can’t wait to see these plants fully grown. Stay tuned!
