Administration Assistant – Commercial Construction

Pro Design Projects is seeking a motivated and organised Administration Assistant to join our growing team.

We are a commercial partition and ceiling contractor specialising in office fit-outs and commercial construction projects.

Key Responsibilities:

- General administration and office support
- Managing files and documentation using Microsoft OneDrive
- Assisting with accounts and invoicing through Xero
- Obtaining quotes from suppliers and subcontractors
- Assisting with project estimating and tender preparation
- Liaising with trades, suppliers, and clients
- Maintaining project records and documentation

About You:

- Strong administration and organisational skills
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft OneDrive and Xero
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Willingness to learn estimating and project coordination
- Construction industry experience is advantageous but not essential
