We were engaged by a prominent Blue Chip client to undertake the replacement of their roof, aiming to mitigate water ingress issues and facilitate the installation of 1200 solar panels dedicated to powering their entire operations. Galaxy City employed a comprehensive strategy involving Geospatial engineering, structural remediation, and maintenance services for the successful ex*****on of this project. Utilizing Laser scanning technology, we discovered that the structural columns had experienced subsidence. Consequently, the project necessitated substantial structural repairs to address these identified issues.

The main objective of the project was to effectively tackle the considerable subsidence issues present in both the front and rear sections of the house foundation and floor. This subsidence had been the root cause of troublesome cracks that spread across the entire kitchen area, making matters worse by rendering the door to the yard completely inoperable. In order to remedy these pressing concerns, a meticulous approach was adopted.

First and foremost, restumping procedures were meticulously executed at the rear of the property. This was a crucial step in stabilizing and fortifying the foundation, laying the groundwork for the subsequent renovation phases. To ensure a comprehensive resolution, the flooring was meticulously replaced, leaving no room for any potential structural weaknesses.

Not stopping there, the project took on an all-encompassing approach to revitalize the kitchen space. An entirely new kitchen was carefully installed, taking into account the latest design trends and functional aspects to create a space that would cater to the homeowner's needs and preferences perfectly.

Of course, no renovation is truly complete without attending to the fine details. Therefore, the project included expert plaster repair, restoring the walls to their pristine condition. An internal repaint breathed fresh life into the living spaces, bringing about an ambiance of renewed elegance and beauty.

All in all, this ambitious undertaking exemplified a holistic approach to home renovation, leaving no stone unturned in addressing the subsidence issues and the associated damages. The newly restumped and renovated house stood as a testament to the skill, dedication, and thoughtful planning that went into this transformative project, ultimately providing the homeowner with a renewed sense of pride and contentment in their cherished abode.

Our latest project involved stabilizing and lifting subsiding strip footings, repairing a failed stormwater system, and giving the property a complete makeover. From external cosmetic restoration to internal renovations, we left no stone unturned. The kitchen, bathrooms, and laundry were completely redone, a new coffee corner was installed, and the project was finished with a complete internal repaint and floor refinishing. Check out the stunning new external deck around the pool and beautifully landscaped surroundings. We're thrilled with the result!
