7 year old house with a leaking linear shower, and a very good reason why you should keep the Defect limit to 1%. The purchasers put down 3%($32000) the quote to fix was $20000 which is under the defect limit, so the purchaser is going to have to wear the cost of the repair. If he had put 1% he could have either renegotiated the contract or pulled out all together.

One thing that blows me away while doing building inspections is the amount of bathroom doors that never get painted along the bottom edge both on new builds and bathroom reno's,same with external doors.

Google Reviews are not what they used to be. There are now online companies selling fake google reviews, and it's happening right here in Tasmania. Reviews are hard to get, not every client will write one. Buying reviews is such a dishonest approach to get business. Any online business that’s only been around for a year or two and have dozens of reviews in a very short time is a red flag for sure, so do your research.
