SJC Building Group are seeking to fill a full time position for a qualified building maintenance all-rounder as our Maintenance Carpenter.

We are looking for a motivated trades person for building and maintenance works, servicing clients across Perth metropolitan area. The suitable applicant must actively demonstrate traits which align with SJC core values and company culture. As a company promoting diversity in the workplace we welcome applicants of female gender amongst other minority groups commonly not represented in the building and construction industry.

Key requirements

• Trade qualification
• Current “C” Class WA drivers licence
• Hold or be able to obtain the following prior to employment with SJC;
» Construction industry White Card
» National Police Clearance (less than 3 months)
» Flu Vaccination certificate (current year)
» Senior First Aid (HLTAID003)
» High Risk Work Licence – Elevated work platform
» Working at Heights certificate
» Asbestos Awareness certificate
