One of our crews headed out to deliver another 160m Met Mast installation and made the most of the conditions, progressing efficiently through the build and showcasing their expertise from start to finish. 💪

💪 A massive effort from the FEC team to deliver another challenging project!

The crew recently completed foundation strengthening works, overcoming significant water management challenges due to the site conditions.
After several days of pumping and preparation, the team was able to establish the base required for formwork and reinforcement works to proceed.

The final stages saw the crew complete a 56m³ concrete pour, strip formwork and leave the site ready for handover. 👏

The team's hard work, persistence and commitment to getting the job done even earned a mention in the client's newsletter—a fantastic recognition of the effort that went into delivering this project.

🚧 A huge month of progress for the FEC team!

Throughout July, the crew made significant ground across multiple workfronts for one of our current mining sites in the Pilbara region of WA, successfully progressing trenching and earthing activities, completing pre-assembly works and standing a 40m tower.
They also completed remaining activities on another site, bringing those works to a successful close. 💪

The team demonstrated FEC’s ability to adapt and deliver, working efficiently as one unit when required while also splitting into multiple teams to progress civil and rigging activities at the same time.

A fantastic example of teamwork, professionalism and commitment on site. Great work, team! 👏

The FEC team recently completed remediation works on an existing tower, replacing critical structural bolts to enhance its integrity and extend its service life.
The scope also saw the successful installation of a new antenna, further improving the site's communications capability. 💪

The FEC team are making fantastic progress at their fourth consecutive greenfield site for a client in Queensland. 💪

With just the tower lift remaining, they'll be back to put the finishing touches on the project before moving on to the next site.

🛠️ Another unique project successfully delivered by the FEC team!

This project involved the design, supply and installation of a custom two-style rung ladder, complete with rest platforms and a fall protection system on an existing 45m concrete monopole.

Working in a busy operational environment meant careful planning, clear communication and a strong focus on safety throughout the installation. Thanks to the team's expertise and coordination, the project was completed smoothly over three days and without incident. 💪

The finished installation will provide safe and reliable access for years to come—another quality outcome delivered by the FEC crew. 👏
