This Collaroy home had real constraints to work around. High voltage power lines running along the block meant the design had to be set back for compliance, and power needed to be de-energized before scaffolding could go up. What came out the other side is a home angled to take in Palm Beach, the golf course and the city skyline.

Five bedrooms, three bathrooms, two living zones and glass balustrades that actually look custom, not just labeled that way. This Eastwood duplex build (just one side of it) came in at 1.6 million. Worth pausing on what that number actually buys.

A waterfall benchtop looks effortless, but getting the veining to run continuously from the bench to the splashback takes real coordination between the stone selection and the joinery install.

On this project, the client hand-picked the natural marble slab themselves, and our joinery team worked to carry that exact stone through the whole kitchen for a matched, continuous finish.

This home is part of a duplex the client is building to live in, so every material decision was personal, not just practical.
