📍Specifications: The mechanic must service the car exactly according to the manufacturer’s logbook schedule.

📍Quality Parts: They must use parts that are either genuine or of an equivalent, high-quality standard.

📍Proper Documentation: The mechanic must stamp your logbook and provide a detailed, itemized invoice showing the work completed.
