The best engineering companies aren't built by products alone.

They're built by people.

The problem is, most people only ever see the finished equipment. They don't get to meet the team behind the designs, the manufacturing, the problem-solving, and the day-to-day work that keeps everything moving.

In this video, we're taking you behind the scenes at Leverlink to introduce some of the people who make it all happen.

From the workshop floor to the office, you'll hear directly from our team about their roles, what they enjoy most about their work, and what it's like being part of Leverlink.

Because while we're proud of the products we build, we're equally proud of the people who build them.

Not all conveyor systems face the same challenges.

A solution that works on a light-duty application may not survive a week in a heavy mining environment.

That's why Leverlink products are engineered specifically for high-tonnage operations, where equipment is exposed to constant impact, heavy loads, abrasive materials, and some of the harshest operating conditions imaginable.

Whether it's a 2400mm conveyor under a primary crusher or a 1200mm belt further down the process, reliability isn't a luxury, it's essential.

Our Dynamic Impact Beds, Motorbases, and Stored Energy Systems are designed to reduce maintenance, improve efficiency, and help keep operations running longer between shutdowns.

And with more than 30 years of industry experience, we've seen firsthand what works, what fails, and what delivers long-term value on site.

Because when downtime is expensive, performance matters.

A few millimetres can make a big difference in engineering.

That's why precision matters at every stage of manufacturing.

In this video, we take a look at our water jet cutting process and why it's become such an important part of how we manufacture components at Leverlink.

Unlike traditional cutting methods, water jet cutting delivers exceptional accuracy while producing a clean finish and maintaining material integrity.

It's also a process that demands strict safety procedures. With extremely high water pressures involved, operator training, machine controls, and safe work practices are critical to ensuring consistent and safe operation.

The result?

Accurate parts. Consistent quality. Reliable performance.

It's one of the many ways we ensure our products are built to perform in the demanding environments they're designed for.

"How long does installation take?"

It's one of the most common questions we get when discussing Dynamic Impact Beds.

The honest answer? It depends on the size of the conveyor and the scope of the installation.

A new Dynamic Impact Bed installation involves proper set-out, drilling, positioning, and commissioning to ensure everything performs exactly as intended. Naturally, a 2400mm belt installation will require more time than a 1200mm belt.

But here's where things get interesting.

While the initial installation is carefully planned and executed, future maintenance is often significantly faster compared to conventional impact beds.

Based on real-world installations, slider bar replacements can often be completed in less than half the time required for traditional impact tables.

That means less downtime, reduced labour costs, and more time spent operating.

Add to that a 10-year mechanical and structural warranty, and you've got a system designed for long-term performance, not short-term fixes.

The goal isn't just a quick install.

It's a safer, more reliable system with a service life that's second to none.

Most equipment failures don't happen because the system wasn't strong enough.

They happen because the environment was tougher than expected.

Dust. Vibration. Impact. Heat.

Over time, these conditions can wreak havoc on conventional tensioning and shock absorption systems, leading to increased maintenance, structural stress, and costly downtime.

That's why Leverlink's stored energy systems are engineered specifically for harsh mining and quarry environments.

Using a unique rubber torsion spring design, they absorb shock, reduce stress on structures, and maintain consistent performance without the need for constant adjustment or tension checks.

The result?

✔ Reduced downtime
✔ Improved reliability
✔ Less maintenance
✔ Longer equipment life

Simple, rugged, and built for the real world.

Still manually adjusting belt tension?

It might be costing you more than you think.

Loose belts can lead to increased wear, reduced efficiency, unexpected downtime, and more maintenance than necessary.

That's exactly why the ST Series Motorbase was designed.

As a self-tensioning motorbase, it automatically maintains correct belt tension, helping improve energy efficiency, reduce maintenance requirements, and extend the life of both belts and motors.

It's particularly effective in demanding applications such as crushing and screening operations, where reliability isn't optional.

What sets the ST Series apart is its simplicity, durability, and proven performance in harsh operating environments.

And because confidence matters, every ST Series Motorbase is backed by Leverlink's 10-year warranty.

Built to perform. Built to last.

Most companies can sell a product.
Very few back it with decades of real-world support.

When clients talk about working with Leverlink, the conversation usually goes beyond the equipment itself.

It’s the responsiveness.
The ability to adapt solutions to real site conditions instead of forcing a one-size-fits-all approach.

It’s the experience.
More than 30 years working alongside the mining and quarrying industry, solving problems where they actually happen.

And it’s the confidence that comes with a 10-year warranty on Dynamic Impact Beds - not as a marketing line, but as a reflection of long-term performance.

From the first conversation through to installation and ongoing support, partnership matters.

Most conveyor problems don’t start with the product.
They start with the installation.

And by the time the issues show up, you’re already paying for it through belt wear, shutdowns, misalignment, maintenance callouts, and lost productivity.

The reality is, even high-quality equipment can underperform if it’s installed incorrectly.

That’s why at Leverlink, installation is treated as part of the product itself, not an afterthought.

Correct alignment. Proper tensioning. The right tools. The right process.

Because when systems are installed properly from day one, everything runs smoother, lasts longer, and performs the way it was designed to.

This video breaks down why proper installation matters more than most sites realise.

Most impact mounts fail long before the equipment does.

And the scary part?
You usually don’t realise it until vibration, breakdowns, maintenance costs, or downtime start stacking up.

In this side-by-side demo, one of our engineers compares conventional impact mounts against Leverlink’s Dynamic Impact Beds to show the difference in performance under pressure.

The difference isn’t just visible.
It affects wear, reliability, maintenance frequency, and long-term operating costs.

When heavy-duty equipment is taking constant impact, the quality of your support system matters more than most people think.

Watch the comparison and see the difference for yourself.
