Loved creating this stunning outdoor entertaining area!

Extending the deck size has created a much more inviting feel to the whole backyard! Built stairs around 75% of the deck for easy access and extra seating.

View of dreams ☀️

This client contacted me to come and take a look at their second story deck. Unfortunately there was major water damage to the supporting posts, wall and sliding glass door.

So we added temporary support posts and got to work.
We stripped the deck back and since we had to replace the whole deck the clients decided to extend it by 1.1m. Installed new joists, a bottom beam and new posts. A new roof beam and eaves sheets were also needed. We took the glass door out and then water proofed the entire space. Put the door back in. Rebuilt the walls and finished with render. The deck was completed with new tiles and glass balustrade.

Major Renovation Part 2

This client wanted to create a master bedroom and ensuite for her parents in the existing garage.
Turns this house into a 3 bedroom 2 bathroom with loads more storage space!

The clients dad painted the space his wife’s favourite colour. 💜

Major Renovations Part 1

This client got in contact with me to renovate her parents home. She wanted to close in the current garage then add a new carport and a roof to the existing deck. We also installed cladding to the side to protect the car from bad weather.

Little odd jobs

Currently in the middle of renovating two houses for this client. One of the first jobs we did was replace a door with a window, we actually used an existing window from a different room of the house to have them match on the front porch. We then installed a brand new window to that other room. One his second house we installed 3 new windows and redid the cladding.

Bigger is always better 🔨🪚🚗

Had the pleasure of transforming this backyard into a practical space. Started by building a brand new carport 3.3m wide and 15m long to accommodate multiple cars or a caravan. Extended the current driveway to meet the road. Then moved on to relocating the existing shed to a new concrete slab. Added a deck landing and stairs. Finished the project off by installing cladding to gable end to protect the current deck from weather.
