Mobile Crushing Plant Operator

Location: INGHAM NTH QLD
Employment Type: Full-Time / Casual
Industry: Civil Construction / Quarrying / Mining

About the Role
We are currently seeking a reliable and experienced Mobile Crushing Plant Operator to operate and maintain mobile crushing and screening equipment. The successful applicant will play a key role in ensuring production targets are achieved safely and efficiently while maintaining high-quality standards.

Key Responsibilities
• Operate mobile crushing and screening plants safely and efficiently
• Conduct daily pre-start inspections and basic maintenance
• Monitor plant performance and material quality
• Troubleshoot operational issues and report faults promptly
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment
• Work collaboratively with supervisors and other operators
• Adhere to all company safety policies and procedures
Skills & Experience
• Previous experience operating mobile crushing and screening plants
• Loader, excavator, or other machinery operating experience highly regarded
• Mechanical knowledge and fault-finding ability advantageous
• Strong understanding of workplace health and safety requirements
• Ability to work independently and within a team
• White Card required
• Relevant machinery tickets/licences preferred
• HR licence desirable but not essential
