Most businesses end up with five or six systems running side by side. CRM here, accounting there, calendar somewhere else, forms going to an inbox, jobs scribbled in a notebook.

None of it talks to itself. Every new job gets retyped two or three times. Numbers don't quite match between systems. Someone misses a step and now the invoice is wrong.

This is the kind of thing software should do for you. Custom integrations between the tools you already use, so data lands in every system at once. The job goes into the calendar, the invoice gets queued, the customer record updates. Once.

If you're spending hours retyping the same job into different places, ask us. That's a solvable problem.

Five questions, all day. Pricing. Hours. Do you cover my area. How long's the wait. Same answers, same tone, every time.

Each one is two minutes of typing or a five-minute phone call. Multiply that across a week and it's most of a workday gone, on questions that have a fixed answer.

An AI chat trained on your actual business sits on the site and handles all of it. It knows your pricing, your areas, your hours, your FAQs. Real leads still ping through to you. The noise stops.

If your inbox is mostly questions you've answered a hundred times, that's a problem we fix. Send us a message.

There's a small grey 'Not Secure' tag sitting next to your domain in every browser, every visit, every time.

Most customers don't read it word for word. They just feel it. The brain registers the warning, decides this isn't a place to type anything in, and the tab closes before the page even finishes loading. You never see that visitor in your numbers because they were never there long enough to count.

Fixing it isn't dramatic. An SSL certificate, a proper redirect, and a check that every page loads on https.

If your site still throws that warning on mobile, it's a five-minute job on our side. Ask us about it.

Every business has one. The spreadsheet. The one that runs the workflow nobody could find software for. It's grown columns over the years, has formulas only one person understands, and breaks every time someone opens it on a different computer.

You're not slow because you're disorganised. You're slow because the tool you're using isn't a tool, it's a workaround.

A custom internal tool replaces it. Built around how you actually do the work. Two clicks where there used to be twenty. No formulas to babysit. Runs the same way every time, no matter who opens it.

This is what we build for ourselves every week. If there's a spreadsheet eating hours of your week, send us a message. There's a better way.

A customer wants to book you. You're on the tools, so it goes to voicemail. They text. You can't reply for two hours. By then you've offered Tuesday at 2 and they've already locked in with someone else for Tuesday at 11.

That's a booking lost, not because you weren't available, but because the dance to make it happen took too long.

Online booking removes the dance. Customer pulls up your site, sees your real availability, picks a slot, gets a confirmation. You see the new job land in your calendar. No texts, no voicemails, no Tuesday-at-2-no-wait-Tuesday-at-3.

If your bookings still go through phone tag, send us a message. We'll set you up with something that just works.

A customer clicked your 'Services' link last Tuesday and hit a 404. They didn't email you. They went back to Google and clicked the next result.

You'll never know it happened. The only sign is a small dip in enquiries you can't quite explain, spread across a hundred quiet leaks.

Broken links, dead pages, slow loads, expired forms. Every site has them eventually. The difference is whether anyone's watching.

On our side, automated checks run quietly in the background. Anything broken pings us before it pings a customer. If your site hasn't had a check-up in a while, send us a message.

Pull your site up on your phone right now. Don't scroll. What's the main thing a customer can do?

If the answer is 'I'd have to scroll to find out', that's the problem. Most visitors don't scroll. They land, they scan the first screen, and either the path is obvious or they leave.

The fix is small but stubborn. The most important action, whether that's 'get a quote', 'book now', or 'call us', sits in the first screen of every page. Header, hero, repeat at the bottom. Same button, same words, same colour.

If you'd like us to take a look at where your buttons actually are, send us a message.

Plenty of sites bring traffic in. Far fewer turn that traffic into anything.

The gap is rarely the audience. It's the site itself. Pages that talk about the business instead of the customer. Contact buried three clicks deep. Forms that ask for too much. Copy that lists features when the customer just wants to know if you can fix their problem this week.

We design from the other side of the screen. Every page has a clear next step. Every section answers a question a customer's already asking. Forms ask the minimum needed to start a conversation.

If you've got traffic but no enquiries, that's something we look at all the time. Ask us about it.

You can usually tell a dead site within ten seconds. Stock photos that don't match the business. A blog last updated in 2019. Hours that haven't been right since the move. Phone number going to an old SIM.

The site's still there. It just doesn't represent the business anymore. And customers reading it assume the business is in the same state.

It doesn't take a rebuild. Real photos, current details, a short update every now and then. Enough that someone landing on the page feels like the lights are still on.

If your site's been quiet for a while, message us. We'll get it breathing again.

You quoted them on Monday. They were keen. Wednesday came and went. Now it's been a week and chasing them feels weird. So you don't.

Most of those leads weren't no's. They were just busy. Other priorities took over and you slipped down their list. A gentle reminder a week later and half of them book.

Automated follow-up does this without you thinking about it. A short message at day three, a softer one at day seven, a final check at day fourteen. In your voice, in the customer's inbox, ready when they are.

If you're losing quotes because no one's chasing, that's an easy fix. Ask us about it.
