As of recent, at O’Sullivan, we have been awarded and commenced works a variety of projects both large and miniscule.

Over the past fortnight, our crews have been kept busy onsite, directing shotcrete sprays, drilling and fabricating anchors, drilling and installing piles, and are expecting several weeks of work ahead. Nevertheless, our managers do their best to schedule and fit in jobs where possible. So, if you have a project that requires any of our services from piles to shotcrete and anything in between, please reach out, we are more than willing to assist in your next project.

For this project, our client has requested us to engage a shoring package, including piling, anchoring, bracing and shotcrete; with liaison with the client, we scheduled rigs best fit for the project and methodologies for each section.

This week, we mobilised two drilling rigs and starting on the piling works for this project. Our team organised the reinforcement and with the help of our client, they set-out and made sure each pile is in the correct position and height.

Currently, the team are smashing out an average of 16 x 600mm diameter piles per day.
Great work to the team for the consistency and hard work!

The crew went up to North Sydney again and fitted and fabricated additional rock anchors and CT bolts for one of our valued clients. Our team were efficient and were in and out within a couple of days. Our client was tremendously pleased about our work and we’re excited to show you what we have coming.

Recently, our team were contacted by one of our clients to engage in shotcrete works within a shaft. This type of scope required a specialised team with certain qualifications and experience to complete the job.

Our team of shotcreters were ready and had all the requried certifications on hand, including confined space, and pump VOCs. With great experience, the team discussed the methodology, organised all the bits and pieces, and then got straight into it.

Great work to our team for showing their experience and to our client for providing the lift; the results were amazing.

Recently, O’Sullivan was awarded a project to stabilise a rock face batter – the works included batter prep, affixing existing chainlink mesh to shotcrete and installation of 28mm permanent rock bolts in various locations.

Our team installed mesh, shotcrete and fibrecrete over the full face of the batter. All materials are supplied and installed by O’Sullivan to complete the works. All works are completed in line with the highest standards available.

O’Sullivan supplied crews for all the trades from our inhouse staff – all plant was sourced inhouse or from our reliable suppliers. If you have a project that you would like to discuss or assistance with the concept, please feel free to contact us.
