This is what I found while doing a service last week. Two return air ducts poorly installed (not by me), that wasn't installed to standards, resulting in the duct coming away from the return air plenum. This caused the return air to be pulled in from the ceiling space which can get up to 50 degrees plus, not to mention the dirty air, causing the unit to never cycle off. Make sure you use a respected, certified fridgey to complete your installs! 👍

Second pic....a half-cleaned condenser coil, you can see the dirt and dog hair, dust and more. This is the reason you have your air con units regularly maintained for optimum performance and to reduce energy bills!
