WE’RE HIRING — ACCOUNTS GURU 📈

We’re looking for our next Accounts Guru to join our team...
Someone who loves numbers, teamwork, and a bit of office banter!

Join a small, family-owned, close-knit team who love working together, take pride in what they do, and genuinely care about our clients and the experience they have with us. We also enjoy a good laugh along the way!

The role includes all things accounts such as:
• Bank recs
• Client invoicing
• Accounts payable & receivable
• BAS
• Payroll, super & tax
• Meeting & greeting clients when needed
• Assisting the sales & admin team as required

What we’re looking for:
• MUST have accounts experience
• Experience in a builder’s office highly favoured
• Organised, approachable & proactive
• Must love dogs 🐶 (pictured is our office pup Daisy)

Part-time role, approx. 2 to 2.5 days per week.
Office located in Dandenong South, VIC.

If you’re someone (or know of someone) who enjoys being part of a supportive team, takes pride in their work, and loves keeping things running smoothly behind the scenes, we’d love to hear from you!
