The Moorabool Shire Office Refurbishment, delivered for Moorabool Shire Council, involved the comprehensive upgrade of existing office space to create a safe, compliant, and open-plan working environment. The project included demolition and asbestos removal, structural repairs, installation of new amenities, and full upgrades to electrical, communication, mechanical, and hydraulic services. The completed refurbishment provides a modern and functional workspace to support council operations.

The Barwon Heads Tennis Club Pavilion Upgrade, delivered for the City of Greater Geelong, involved improvements to the existing pavilion amenities, including refurbishment of the toilet facilities and the addition of a new DDA-compliant toilet, shower, and change area. The completed works enhance accessibility and functionality of the facility, supporting continued use by members and the wider community.

The Newtown City Hockey Club Stage 2 Pavilion Redevelopment for the City of Greater Geelong involved construction works at the King Lloyd Reserve Pavilion, including delivery of a new commercial kitchen fit-out and associated building works. The completed stage enhances the functionality of the facility and supports the ongoing use of the pavilion by the club and wider community.

Our latest project, involving a multi-stage refurbishment and extension of the existing administration building at Bacchus Marsh Grammar's Maddingley Campus.

The project was delivered through staged works within a live school environment, requiring careful planning and coordination to maintain daily operations and meet tight timeframes for handover ahead of the 2026 school year.

The completed works provide improved functionality and better staff workflow, delivering upgraded administration facilities to support the school’s ongoing operations.
