With so much StyroMAX panel being produced week-in week-out, we end up with an abundance of panel offcuts & cut-outs. These get snapped up pretty quick for home-projects such as ice boxes, a-frame storage boxes, garden boxes, pool and water pump boxes and even snake enclosures! 🐍

We’re proud to share the build of “Lizzy,” a 1991 Land Rover Perentie 110 6x6 that started life as an ex-Australian Army General Maintenance Vehicle and has been completely transformed into a fully self-contained expedition camper.

Perentie Overland spent 18 months turning this rugged military workhorse into their mobile basecamp for worldwide travel. Using StyroMAX StyroRV/RG fibreglass composite panels, they created a lightweight, highly insulated body that handles everything from remote Australian tracks to European roads.

Truck Body Tuesday: 🚛
This Mercedes Benz Atego based truck left us on Saturday after we turned it from cab-chassis fitted with a subframe into a motorhome base for the owners to begin their fitout and hit the open road!
