Wearing Pink for a Good Cause! 💗🎀

Yesterday, the M+J Builders team came together in support of Breast Cancer Awareness Month, bringing a splash of pink to our offices and worksites!

It's not every day you see the boys and our subcontractors swapping their usual workwear for pink tutus, but there's no better reason to do it than for a great cause!

Beyond the laughs and colourful outfits, the day was about raising awareness and starting conversations about an incredibly important cause that isn't spoken about enough.

With 1 in 7 women and approximately 1 in 600 men diagnosed with breast cancer in their lifetime, it's a reminder of just how many people are impacted by this disease.

A huge thank you to our incredible team, subcontractors and the reception and other staff members at the DoubleTree who joined in and showed their support! It was great to see everyone getting involved and coming together for such an important cause. 💗

A CALL TO OUR BUILDING & CONSTRUCTION COMMUNITY 🧡

Recently, a local family experienced an unimaginable loss when a devastating house fire destroyed their home and property.

For over 40 years, three generations have called this property home. In a matter of moments, they lost everything. Their home, vehicles, tools, animals, belongings and decades of memories.

One of the things that makes the Territory so special is our sense of community. We often say everyone knows everyone, and when someone is doing it tough, we come together and look out for one another.

Now is our opportunity to put that community spirit into action.

At M+J Builders, we're calling on our local trades, subcontractors and suppliers to help this family rebuild.

Electricians, plumbers, carpenters, concreters, roofers, painters, earthmoving contractors and suppliers, we're asking for your help!

Whether it's donated labour, materials, equipment, discounted services or financial contributions, every little bit makes a difference.

Why not organise a team working bee?

Our M+J Builders team recently came together to assist this family. It's a great opportunity to bring your team together, give back to the community and make a genuine difference.

We understand times are tough. Even offering reduced rates or a few hours of your time could go a long way.

With Christmas approaching and young children to consider, the family needs our community's support more than ever.

We're proud to share a first look at our recently completed childcare centre in Parap, Darwin.

More than just a building, this project is about creating a welcoming, functional and engaging space where little minds can learn, play and grow.

A fantastic effort from everyone involved in bringing this project to life, from our team on the ground to our subcontractors and project partners.

PROJECT COMPLETE | BLUE HOLE STEAKHOUSE 🤠

From construction site to one of Darwin’s newest venues, it’s pretty special seeing this one complete.

M+J Builders delivered the fit-out and construction works for Blue Hole Steakhouse, including the commercial kitchen and bar, dining and gaming areas, along with the associated services.

A huge effort from our M+J team, Bailey, Emma, Kalliopi and Anthony, and everyone who worked alongside us to bring this project to life. 👏
