We are on the hunt for a qualified Refrigeration and Air Conditioning Technician who has an interest in working offshore where required. Offshore qualifying training fully paid for enabling you to join our pool of offshore HVAC technicians.
Baldwin Group NT is a locally owned and operated company delivering specialist refrigeration and air conditioning services across the Marine, Commercial, Industrial, Residential, and Oil & Gas sectors in Darwin and the Greater Northern Territory, as well as further afield in Western Australia, Southeast Asia and New Zealand.

The technician we are looking for;
- Is willing to work offshore where required and obtain the necessary qualifications,
- Is willing to work in remote locations where required,
- Is driven and motivated, with a willingness to learn,
- Has excellent customer service and communication skills,
- Has previous experience and qualifications in the refrigeration and air conditioning trade,
- Has strong troubleshooting skills and a technical mindset,
- Has the ability to work both independently and as part of a team,
- Has the capacity to manage numerous tasks and to prioritise workloads, and
- Has a high regard for the safety of themselves and those around them.
Applicants should have the following:
- Refrigerant Handling Licence
- Restricted Electrical Licence
- Work Safety at Heights Certification
- Drivers Licence
- Construction Induction Card (White Card)
- Drive, motivation and the willingness to learn, and
- A commitment to providing high quality work and exceptional customer service
What does the role entail?
The primary purpose of the role is to diagnose, repair and service a wide range of refrigeration and air conditioning systems in the Marine, Commercial, Industrial, and Oil & Gas settings. Project, installation and some remote work also required, as well as participation in our rotating on-call roster.
