ALUMINIUM FABRICATOR
Are you looking for a Fulltime position that has flexibility and where you’re an integral part of the team? We are seeking the right person to join our team as an Aluminium Fabricator.
MP Aluminium and Stainless is a locally owned and operated business that has been around since 2012. Located central to the Greater Darwin Region in Winnellie, we are a 10 min drive from the CBD, Casuarina and Palmerston.
This is a workplace that has a large variety of work and is constantly busy. Although it is a laidback environment, we like to work hard, but it is also an enjoyable place to be.
With flexible hours, you’re looking at a 9 day/80 hour fortnight and every second Friday as an RDO (Rostered Day Off). You’ll be working out of a spacious open workshop that provides a large air con lunch and kitchen area.
We are looking for someone that is/has :
- competent in Aluminium Tig welding
- experience in fabrication
- excellent time management skills
- excellent attention to detail
- ability to read and interpret technical drawings
- Reliable and a Team player
- a Good work ethic
And who is :
- willing to improve themselves
- adaptable
- open to constructive feedback
- safety conscious
Skills/Experience :
- has previously worked in a workshop
- experience in Aluminum welding is essential
- qualifications are preferred, but not essential
- can deal with customers if required
