have helped keep works running smoothly while maintaining a high standard across all aspects of the job.
Nathan leads by example every day, earning the respect of both his crew and those working alongside him on site. From early starts to late finishes, he is always willing to step in and step up where needed and keeps the crew focused and working together.
Nathan’s efforts have been recognised by both the team and management, making him Employee of the Month for May.
