Behind Bauzer’s Metal Works is owner/operator Michael Bauer — qualified in Boilermaking, Sheet Metal, and holding a Certificate III in Mobile Plant Technology, with experience across mining, civil, agricultural, structural, and heavy equipment industries.

With a background working across shutdowns, field maintenance, fabrication, breakdowns, structural repairs, and heavy equipment maintenance, Bauzer’s Metal Works was built around delivering practical, reliable, and high-quality solutions both on site and in the workshop.

A few custom component stands fabricated for safely handling and transporting failed major components during change-outs and rebuilds.

These stands were built for applications including hydraulic cylinders, transmissions, drill final drives, engines, and other heavy components where safe handling, stability, and efficiency are critical.

Fabricated specifically for controlled site and workshop use to assist with maintenance and component handling operations in line with client and site requirements.

When downtime matters and components need to be removed, transported, rebuilt, or swapped out quickly, having the right support equipment on hand can make a massive difference to both safety and turnaround time on site.
