When a ‘quick job’ turns into a full-blown transformation. 🛠️

We recently got Trevor’s HJ/HZ Ute on the chopping block at the shop. What started as a plan for a new rear clip, 325/50 tires, and some tin work quickly revealed a few hidden gremlins.

Once we started cutting, we found the "classic" Aussie ute issues—hidden rust and some old-school fiberglass repairs.

In this episode, we:
✅ Strip the rear down to just the quarter panels
✅ Mock up the new chassis and diff jig
✅ Scan the steering for perfect engineering compliance
✅ Get the cab onto the rotisserie for the sandblaster
