🏗️ First Floor Pour Complete!

Another major milestone reached at our Fenton Way Development, with the top-out slab now complete.

This milestone lays the foundation for seven prime residential apartments in the heart of Devonport, positioned above the large commercial tenancy spaces below 🏙️

A fantastic effort from our site team and subcontractors, who have continued to push the project forward through some challenging Tasmanian winter conditions.

With the main structure now taking shape, attention turns to the next phase of this exciting development.

Project Award: TIA Grow Facility

Oliver Kelly Group is proud to announce its appointment as Principal Contractor for the Tasmanian Institute of Agriculture Grow Facility at the University of Tasmania Newnham campus in Launceston 🚧

This purpose built agricultural research and education precinct will feature controlled environment glasshouses, specialised research equipment and outdoor trial areas, bringing leading researchers together to develop practical solutions for Tasmania’s agricultural sector. 🌱

OKG is excited to partner with the University of Tasmania, TIA, Powerplants, Apex and Terroir Pty Ltd to deliver a facility that will strengthen agricultural research, education and industry outcomes for generations to come.

Construction is soon underway, with completion scheduled for late 2027 ✅
