Project Update | Fenton Estate, Ulverstone

Another milestone reached at our Fenton Estate unit development, with the roof trusses now going up across the site. 👷‍♂️🏡

It's always exciting to see the buildings take shape, and this stage marks another step forward as the units continue to come together.

Custom Home Build Update

The details are starting to come together inside this custom home, with the kitchen splashback now taking shape.

These stunning black Kit Kat tiles with Black Anthracite grout, supplied by Elite Tiles & Bathroomware, add texture and depth while complementing the home's modern design.

The splashback isn't quite complete yet, but it's already giving a glimpse of how striking the finished kitchen will be. We can't wait to share the completed space soon.

Progress is moving along at our Fenton Estate unit development, with our team now into the framing stage. 👷‍♂️🏡

𝗖𝘂𝘀𝘁𝗼𝗺 𝗛𝗼𝗺𝗲 𝗕𝘂𝗶𝗹𝗱 𝗨𝗽𝗱𝗮𝘁𝗲 🏡🎨

Another exciting milestone on this custom home, with the first coat of exterior paint now being applied.

The bold black façade is beginning to come to life, creating a striking contrast against the natural warmth of the Flooded Gum timber cladding. It's a combination that gives this home a modern, timeless look, and it's fantastic to see the vision continuing to take shape.

Projects like these are a great example of the collaboration between NAK Building Group and Pintor Statewide Painting Services, working together to deliver a quality finish from construction right through to the final coats of paint.

There's still plenty to come as we move towards completion, and we can't wait to share the finished result.

The next milestone is complete at our Fenton Estate unit development, with the slabs now poured and another stage of the project ticked off. 👷‍♂️🏡

A huge amount of planning and preparation goes into every concrete pour, and it's great to see everything come together on site. With solid foundations now in place, we'll soon be moving into the next phase of construction.

Things are moving quickly on our latest unit development, with preparations now well underway for the upcoming slab pours.

Our team has been hard at work completing the final groundwork, ensuring everything is set out, reinforced and ready before the concrete arrives. It's one of the most important stages of the build, laying the foundation for everything that follows.

With the interior continuing to take shape, attention has now turned to the exterior, and what a statement it's making.

The beautiful Flooded Gum timber cladding has now been installed, bringing warmth, texture and timeless character to this custom home. Every detail has been carefully considered to create a home that's as impressive on the outside as it will be on the inside.

It's exciting to see this project coming together, and we're looking forward to sharing even more as we move closer to completion.
