We built this home a few years ago and recently had the privilege of being invited back to give the front entry the finish it deserved.

Every tile took time, precision and patience, but it’s the details that make the difference.

Many builders outsource their tiling, but it’s a trade we’re proud to keep in house. 💪🏼

Because the little details are never really little.

Throwing it back to Point Fenton. 📍

You can probably see how it earned its name!

A unique build for a unique block, where every square metre counted. There was no room to waste on this one, so every space was carefully considered to make the most of the site while creating a home that was both practical and full of character.

We love projects that challenge us to think differently, and Point Fenton was definitely one of them. Still one of our favourite builds to look back on. 👌🏼

Progress is happening at Sorell St. 👌🏼

The new steel frame is now going in, creating the foundation for what will soon be a brand new timber deck and staircase.

A big shout out to TJ Fabrication for another quality job. Their attention to detail and workmanship is second to none, and they're our go-to when it comes to structural steel.

Looking forward to seeing this one come together. 💪🏼

How good does this lacework look? 👌

A lot of time, patience and craftsmanship goes into recreating these heritage details properly, but it’s details like this that give a home its character and charm.

North Street wasn’t shy on colour… and we’re here for it.

From the front door, to the cushions, the laundry splashback and even the outdoor table, the touches of pink throughout this home just work.

It brings a softer, feminine edge to the project while still feeling bold, fun and completely fitting for the space and the clients who brought it to life.

And honestly… we love it.

But don’t worry, Chris made sure there was one space where the pink didn’t make the cut. 😉

It’s one thing to build a home, it’s another to create an experience people walk away happy with.

North Street was a special one, and having clients like Chris and Caitlin trust us with their vision made it even better.

The final reveal – Kids Paradise 💪🏼

What started as an idea (and a pile of leftover materials) turned into this… a full-blown backyard playground.

For Dad, this was about building the backyard he always wished he had as a kid… and let’s be honest, probably still wanted now.

For Mum, it means a hot coffee… and five minutes where no one’s asking for snacks 🤪

Somehow it’s also become the neighbourhood playground… the kind of backyard every kid ends up in.

Not your average backyard, but then again, we don’t do average.

Safe to say there are a few perks to having your Dad as a builder 😉💪🏼
