As the year draws to a close we’d like to reflect on the year that was and our 2024 achievements.

Our highlights:
• We achieved our largest year of sales for both VIC and QLD with a combined 817 sales in 2024
• Aplace internal staff grew by 40%
• Awarded HIA Professional Major Builder finalist fourth-years running
• QLD build zone expanded from Hervey Bay into the Bundaberg and Maryborough areas
• A new Truganina display home opened in Victoria
• Queensland has completed their office renovation ready to welcome back staff in 2025
• Awarded the 9th Largest Home Builder in Victoria, 13th Largest Home Builder in Queensland, and 16th Largest Home Builder in Australia
