Welcome to Martha Cove.

Client-led detail, planning and future-proofing at the forefront of this one.
Strategic commencement driven by the time of year, investigation of the existing conditions, and rigid trade scheduling to make it all work.

Not everything you see is permanent! The foil-backed sarking is a temporary weather protection measure while we work through the elements, with final detailing to be completed using Pro Clima systems.

With exposed conditions, sequencing becomes critical.
Get it wrong and you wear delays. Get it right and the project keeps moving.

We don’t take for granted that our magnificent client’s interpretation of 2 dimensional project documentation can become overwhelming or chaotic at times. With so much to consider in the decision to commit down their forever home path, there is so much going on. 100’s of decisions, temporary living quarters, finance etc, the list goes on! All whilst juggling life itself.
Thats why we like to follow our tried and tested processes. Years of trial and error, nothing left to chance or interpretation. We walk you through each and every step, follow up with written confirmations and deliver what we promise and importantly what you want!
Here you will see a glimpse of our tried and tested rough in meeting. Walking our clients through in real time, clearing up any misinterpretation and providing clarity on what can be easily overlooked in 2D project documentation, no matter how good it is.
