Building the road network for a growing community at Riverfield Square in Clyde, VIC.

Austek Roads is delivering asphalt works at this major new housing development, which will ultimately support more than 1,700 homes. The project involves laying over 45,000 tonnes of asphalt, alongside key community infrastructure including schools, parks, and open spaces.

The team at Austek Roads recently completed works on Bruce Avenue, Paradise Point, QLD, laying 530 tonnes of AC14A15E R15 mix. The deteriorated road surface was removed and replaced, with the surface reprofiled and all manhole services lowered and reset to match the new road level.

This upgrade delivers a safer, smoother, and more reliable road for the Paradise Point community.

Lauren has been with Maas Group Holdings for four years and plays an important role in supporting the financial side of our projects, from feasibility reviews and cashflow management to property valuations and financial reporting.
