A project I was proud to be involved with alongside CJD Constructions co.

Working through the structural stages of this build, bringing together solid Turpentine posts, steel beams and LVL rafters, with the timber structure forming the foundation of the finished space.

A defining feature of the project is the curved roof structure, designed to create a strong architectural form while maintaining the required structural integrity.

STRUCTAFRAME supplied the engineered roof system and worked through the structural engineering and design requirements to bring the curved roof structure to life.

From the initial set-out and structural framing through to the finer details, it’s been a great example of quality materials, considered design and careful workmanship coming together.

There’s something pretty satisfying about seeing a project go from raw materials and temporary bracing to a structure that starts to really take shape.

🧱 SPECIALISED CONCRETE WORK

This project required more than standard concrete repair.

We were engaged to grind back an existing tiled concrete slab using specialised grinding equipment to achieve the required regulation width.

Once exposed, the slab was prepared and patched with a dedicated concrete repair system.

A precise job requiring the right equipment, attention to detail, and experience working within existing structures.

Another specialised project completed by Forge & Grain.

🚧 Progress update from Peak Hill Ex-Services Club.

The transformation continues as the new kids’ play area starts to come together.

With the framing complete and sheeting underway, the vision for this space is becoming a reality. Every stage is being completed with quality workmanship and attention to detail to create a safe, modern and welcoming environment for local families.

We’re proud to be part of this project and look forward to sharing more progress as we move towards completion.

Forge & Grain has been hard at work transforming the old party bar into a modern, purpose-built kids’ play area.

What was once an outdated space is being completely reimagined into a safe, functional and welcoming environment where families can relax while the kids enjoy themselves.

Every project we take on is built with quality craftsmanship, attention to detail and a commitment to delivering spaces that stand the test of time.

This is just the beginning—we’re looking forward to sharing the transformation as the project progresses and can’t wait to reveal the finished result.
