Directors Tim & Shane had the privilege of travelling to Vietnam with Fujitsu General for the Infinite Rewards trip, exploring Ho Chi Minh and the stunning Phu Quoc.

A huge thank you to Fujitsu for hosting such an unforgettable experience and recognising the hard work put in across the industry.

But most importantly, this win belongs to our entire Medleys team. 💚

Looking to kickstart your career in administration? Medley Refrigeration & Air Conditioning is searching for a friendly, motivated team member to be the welcoming face of our Dubbo office.

Experience isn’t essential; we value attitude, reliability and a willingness to learn above all.

What you’ll do:
• Be the first point of contact — answer phones and greet visitors with a professional, friendly approach.
• Assist technicians with job bookings, job cards, and scheduling.
• Handle data entry, filing, and basic invoicing.
• Learn to maintain compliance registers (licences, inductions, safety documents).
• Support with stock control and other general office tasks.

What you’ll bring:
• A positive attitude and commitment to doing your best.
• Strong communication skills and attention to detail.
• Basic computer confidence (Word, Outlook, Excel).

• Full training on industry systems (simPRO/MYOB).
