This one turned into a bigger job than first expected.

Multiple issues, no parts available, and replacement wasn’t going to be cheap.

Ended up building a new barrel, making a new rod and tracking down a second hand gland to suit.

Back together with a new seal kit, pressure tested and ready to go again for less than a replacement.
