Before and After photos of a garage demolition we did for a client up in Lethbridge Park. The original plan was to remove the old asbestos sheeting and resheet with fibro but upon inspection the garage structure was deemed unsafe and we were instructed to demolish and take it all away. Another job completed, another happy client ✅👍🏻

Decided to do things a little differently this time, showing you guys an after photo first of a job we did in St Ives. 150mm concrete slab with 72 Mesh, slab was cut into what we refer to as a “chocolate block” and hand loaded into the truck. Due to a lack of piers along the side where the slab meets the house, it started to lean and whenever it rained, water was going into the house 🤦‍♂️ As we all know, that’s never a good thing. Fortunately, we came up with a solution and now the job is ready for a new slab and the client couldn’t be happier 😁

Progress shots of our now finished job in Roselands. Client wanted to a larger living space and we were happy to help. After identifying Asbestos in the internal and external walls of the extension, it was removed and disposed of according to SafeWorkNSW Standards. We then went on to demolish the existing structure, groundworks were done, build new walls, slap on a roof using iJoists to meet the necessary span, fibro sheeting all around with timber joints to follow suit with the old house, roof sheeting and the client couldn’t be happier 👍🏻👍🏻
