More good news for those considering a new build - the WA government has announced a $20k Building Bonus Grant!

"The scheme includes $20,000 Building Bonus grants for consumers who sign up to build a new home before December 31. The scheme is not means tested and not capped in build value and is also available to investors".

This Building Bonus can be combined with the $25k HomeBuilder scheme and if applicable, First Home owner incentives! 😃
