We're Hiring: Events & Training Coordinator!

IPWEA-QNT is offering an exciting opportunity for a motivated self-starter to join our team as an Events & Training Coordinator.
This is the perfect role for someone who is organised, proactive, and passionate about learning and keen to gain hands-on experience across events, training, and member engagement.

What you’ll be doing
• Supporting the delivery of events, conferences, and training programs
• Managing registrations, communications, and logistics
• Preparing event and course materials
• Assisting with webinar and online learning delivery
• Providing on-the-ground support at events
Who we’re looking for
• A passionate, organised self-starter ready to kickstart their career
• Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn
• A positive, can-do attitude and great communication skills
• Someone who enjoys working both independently and, in a team,
• Ideally some exposure to events, training or admin support is helpful.
