Check out the new verandah extensions for the villas at Mercure Airport Resort, fabricated and installed by FabAz Welding and Fabrication.

These works form part of our refurbishment project across Blocks 3, 4 & 7 and 17 villas.

A huge shout-out to the Asset team and our subcontractors who are doing an incredible job on site — the progress has been epic and we’re excited to see it all come together in time for the dry season.

Congratulations to the EBC2025 MATES in Construction Commercial / Industrial Construction Under $5 Million Winner - Asset Construction for the St Joseph's Catholic College Administration Building!

The new administration building at St. Joseph’s Catholic College in Katherine was delivered to meet the school’s growing operational needs and to create a more welcoming, functional, and professional front-of-house experience for students, staff, and the broader school community.
Designed with both functionality and flow in mind, the building features a spacious reception area and waiting space, creating an open and accessible entry point to the school. Inside, the layout includes five private offices, a conference room, a meeting room, and a fully equipped sick bay, supporting both day-to-day operations and long-term staff wellbeing.
