Project Update | Landsdale Retail Commercial Centre 🚧

Casting of the tilt panels is complete and installation commences this week.

Another step closer to handover on a build that's been a great one to be part of.

Project Award: 7-Eleven Bullsbrook ⛽️

Pitts D&C has been awarded the design and construction contract for a brand new 7-Eleven in Bullsbrook.

Design has commenced and we’re targeting completion for late 2026.

More updates to come as we progress through each stage.

Project Award: 7-Eleven Sienna Wood ⛽️

We're excited to share that we've been awarded the design and construction of a new 7-Eleven at Sienna Wood.

Our design team is already underway, with innovations being developed to meet Green Star sustainability criteria. Construction is targeting completion in late 2026.

Excited to get this one off the ground.

🚧 Project Update: Burk Fuel & Thirsty Camel Australind

Big milestones have been completed. Fuel tank installation is complete. Dewatering is well underway with an onsite retention pit managing the high water table through infiltration. Utility forward works for power, sewer, and water are progressing strongly. The team is also executing a complex remediation strategy to manage contaminated ground conditions on site.

Delivering multi-tenant commercial projects takes more than just construction. It requires coordination, sequencing, and consistency across every stage.

At Butler Boulevard Retail Commercial Centre, Pitts Design & Construction successfully delivered five separate tenancies on an 8,710m² site:
• Repco
• JAX Tyres & Auto
• Auto Masters
• Starbucks
• Oporto

Each tenancy came with its own operational requirements, timelines, and specifications. The outcome is a cohesive retail precinct delivered to a high standard across the entire site.

A strong example of structured delivery across multiple stakeholders and disciplines. 👏

🏁 Project Complete | Repco Butler

From early design collaboration through to final delivery, this project has now officially wrapped up.

Delivered through our ECI design + construct model, the new 1,250m² Repco showroom forms the final stage of the Butler Boulevard Retail Commercial Centre. The completed development includes a modern retail space supported by 36 on-grade car bays, designed to maximise functionality while meeting planning and structural constraints.

A great outcome for the project team and another quality retail build delivered in Perth’s growing northern corridor.

Thank you to Repco Australia and everyone involved in bringing this build to life.
