🚧 Project Update: KFC Southern River Shopping Centre

Great progress on the KFC Southern River project! Structural framing is now complete and we're ready to move into the next phase with roofing and external cladding commencing soon.

The build is taking shape and we're on track to deliver another quality QSR for the community. More updates coming soon!

🚧 Project Commencement: Burk Fuel & Thirsty Camel Australind

Site establishment and preparation are now underway for the new Burk Fuel service station and Thirsty Camel drive-thru liquor store in Australind. Dewatering and deep excavation will soon commence for the fuel tanks as we move into the next phase of construction.

Excited to get this project moving and deliver another quality fuel and retail destination for the community.

🌯 Project Award: GYG Forest Lakes Shopping Centre

We're thrilled to announce Pitts Design & Construction has been awarded the Design & Construct contract for the new Guzman y Gomez (GYG) restaurant and drive-thru at Forest Lakes Shopping Centre!

This exciting project will deliver a fresh, modern QSR destination for the local community, combining quality food, convenience, and the signature GYG experience.

Design is underway and we look forward to bringing this project to life. Stay tuned for updates!

Smooth Sailing into 2026! ⛵

It's been another successful year for the team at Pitts D&C with plenty of growth, amazing projects delivered, and incredible milestones achieved. To celebrate, we took to the water for a well-deserved day of sailing on the Swan River.

From groundworks to lock-up, from design to handover, our team has delivered excellence every step of the way. Thank you to our clients, partners, and most importantly, our talented crew for making 2025 unforgettable.

As we sail into 2026, we're excited for what's ahead—more projects, more growth, and more opportunities to build excellence together.

🚧 Project Award: Petbarn & Supercheap Auto Halls Head

We're excited to announce Pitts Design & Construction has been awarded the Design & Construct contract for a new 2,000m² retail complex at Halls Head, featuring Petbarn and Supercheap Auto.

Project Scope:
✅ Petbarn showroom – 800m² with specialty fitout including click and collect loading zones
✅ Supercheap Auto – 950m² with full fitout
✅ Additional retail tenancies – 250m² combined

This mixed-use retail development will bring quality shopping and services to the Halls Head community. We look forward to delivering another standout project.

Project Showcase: Nedlands Yacht Club 🎉

We're extremely proud of the recent completion of the New Sailing Training Centre at Nedlands Yacht Club, a state of the art project that showcases our commitment to delivering and building excellence together in every detail on the shores of the iconic Swan River.

Our team worked collaboratively to overcome many challenges to bring this vision to life. The new facility will host local and global sailors from around the world competing in championship events and provides a function venue for any occasion to the Western Australian community.

Thank you to our clients, partners, and team for their dedication throughout this journey. It's been an honour to deliver this landmark project for Nedlands Yacht Club, City of Nedlands.

Project Complete | SCREENX at Event Cinemas Innaloo 🍿🎬

Pitts Design & Construction is proud to have delivered Perth’s first-ever SCREENX at Event Cinemas Innaloo, a revolutionary way to experience blockbusters on the big screen.

SCREENX is a multi‑projection, 270‑degree format that extends selected scenes across three walls of the cinema, creating a panoramic, wraparound experience up to 56 metres wide. With your peripheral vision filled, you don’t just watch the film, you’re pulled into the action!

See more, feel more, and experience movies in a whole new dimension at Event Cinemas Innaloo.

🚧 Project Update: Landsdale Retail Commercial Centre

The forward works are nearing completion and our project team is ready to mobilise on site for the next stage of the Landsdale Retail Commercial Centre build.

This new development will soon be home to Snap Fitness, a local café, and a variety of retail tenants, bringing new amenities and opportunities to the Landsdale community.

Excited to get underway and deliver another quality project for our client and the local area.
