A tray that’s been around the block… and is still going strong! 🔧

This is a tray we built a quite a few years ago, and after changing owners, it recently found its way back to us for a complete refurb and a few upgrades to bring it up to date.

The overhaul included:
✨ New drop sides (not pictured)
✨ Removal of the old light panel and fit up of a new one
✨ New individual LED lights with clear lenses & chrome surrounds
✨ A full repaint
✨ A tipping system added underneath the tray

We love seeing our trays still working hard years down the track - and even better, getting the opportunity to give them a whole new lease on life!

A brand new satin black tray for an Isuzu D-Max dual cab that left the workshop yesterday.

This one features:
- 2" pipe hurdle, contoured to the vehicle, rhs bars with mesh cutout as infill
- Removable rear hurdle in 2" pipe
- Removable pegs in both hurdles
- Standard drop sides with over centre catches
- Smooth alloy strips on the sides
- 2 x rear tool boxes tapered to the light panel with black compression locks
- LED small jumbo lights
- 4 recessed floor rings in the tray

📏 Workshop Challenge Time! 😄

Who knew a tape measure could get so competitive?

Today's challenge was simple... without looking, who could pull out exactly 300mm? 📏

Sounds easy... until you actually give it a go! 😂 There were a few that were very close, a few that weren't even in the ballpark, and plenty of laughs along the way.

We recently had the pleasure of designing and fabricating this custom protective enclosure around the Tarnagulla weighbridge.

Built to help protect the weighbridge equipment while still allowing it to be easily accessed when required.
