We installed 4x Bradford Subfloor Ventilation Fans. Two fans on one side of the house for the air to be drawn in, and the other two fans on the opposite side to draw the air out.

We installed these fans to remove the dampness from under the house as the client was having moisture issues due to not getting enough air flow 💨⚙️

This unit was mounted on brackets as it’s tucked underneath a deck on a steep hill. The client requested the drain be tapped into the downpipe to prevent any more water from running underneath the house.

Another neat and practical install completed ✅
