Most people see refrigeration as just another trade…
But for me, this is bigger than coolrooms, callouts, and fixing breakdowns.
These photos are of commercial systems I’ve worked on / serviced — and this is the level of work I’m building Below Temp Refrigeration towards.
Not just a business that chases money…
but a business built on standards, structure, and doing things properly.
I’m building a company that holds itself to a high standard in two big ways:
1) Looking after our workers properly
Not just “here’s a job, get it done.”
I mean support, respect, training, the right gear, and a team culture where the boys actually enjoy turning up and feel proud of what they’re part of.
2) Looking after our clients with real commitment
Clear communication.
Turning up when we say we will.
Owning the job from start to finish.
No disappearing, no excuses, no half-assed work.
I’ve got big plans in this game.
Not just to grow the company — but to break the cycles that everyone thinks are “normal” in business these days:
The stress.
The burnout.
The chaos.
The poor communication.
The “she’ll be right” attitude.
Nah.
I want the work to be high level…
but I also want the business to feel solid, positive, and fun to be part of — for both the team and the clients.
This isn’t just a refrigeration company.
This is an empire in the making ❄️💪
